When am I Charged?
All payment is made through StartPlaying; if a GM asks for another payment form, please let us know.
We process payments on our site to protect players' payments and prevent fraud.
When you sign up for a game, we authorize a payment but do not process it until the game starts. Once your game starts, you will be automatically charged at the start of the session. You can find your upcoming sessions on your player dashboard under "My Adventures".
We will email you a link to fix your payment method if your payment fails. You can use that link to update your payment or follow these instructions.
