When Am I Charged?

All payments for games should be made through StartPlaying. If a GM asks for another form of payment, please contact us at support@startplayinggames.com

  • When you sign up for a game, we authorize a payment to your card on file, but we do not process your payment until the game starts.


  • Once your game starts, you will be automatically charged at the start of the session. You can find your upcoming game sessions on your Player dashboard under "My Adventures".

  • If your payment fails, we will email you a link to fix your payment method. You can use that link to update your payment or follow these instructions.
