How do I delete my account?

We're sorry to see you go! If you'd like to delete your account, data, payment information, and be removed from our platform, follow the steps below:

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Make sure you've left all of your upcoming "Adventures"
  2. Make sure you know the email address on your account.
    • If you're not sure where that is, you can find it on your "Account Settings" under "Player Profile"

  3. Send an email to support@startplayinggames.com, letting us know the email address on file with the account you want deleted
  4. Our Support Goblins will get back to you, sending you one final confirmation that you want the account deleted
  5. Reply back confirming you would like the account deleted, and you're all set! ✨

Note: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have a profile on the StartPlaying website. This means if you want to use the site, you will be required to make a new account.
