How do I delete my account?
We're sorry to see you go! If you'd like to delete your account, data, payment information, and be removed from our platform, follow the steps below:
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Make sure you've left all of your upcoming "Adventures"
- If you need help leaving your "Adventures," check out this FAQ page!
- Make sure you know the email address on your account.
If you're not sure where that is, you can find it on your "Account Settings" under "Player Profile"
- Send an email to support@startplayinggames.com, letting us know the email address on file with the account you want deleted
- Our Support Goblins will get back to you, sending you one final confirmation that you want the account deleted
- Reply back confirming you would like the account deleted, and you're all set! ✨
Note: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have a profile on the StartPlaying website. This means if you want to use the site, you will be required to make a new account.
